Products are sold within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a reference after validation of your order, Tattoo Crossover undertakes to reimburse you for any sums unduly received. You will then only be debited for the amount of the items shipped.
Your order will be processed after validation of payment.
After confirmation of your order, you will have the option of printing an invoice in PDF format. You will also receive an email confirming the registration of your order, with a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address.

Tattoo Crossover offers various delivery services. Tattoo Crossover undertakes to deliver available items as quickly as possible through its delivery service (GLS and Colissimo International).
Delivery cannot be guaranteed in case of force majeure as defined by jurisprudence and in case of strikes. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to you.
Any order placed will be shipped the next day.
Exceptional case: orders placed between Friday 12 noon and Monday 12 noon will be shipped on Monday at 17h.

Satisfied or your money back
Tattoo Crossover will exchange or refund an item within 14 working days of receiving it at home if you are not completely satisfied with it.
For any exchange, you will have 14 working days after receipt of your order to exchange the products that you are not satisfied with. Items returned incomplete, (without labels and packaging bag) damaged, damaged or soiled by customers are not taken back.

The shipping and return costs of your order remain at your expense, except in the case of a defective item where it will be refunded to you as well as the return costs (within the limit of the simple "Colissimo" rate grid).
Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging. The price of the products will be refunded within 14 days of receipt by Tattoo Crossover.
