The shipping costs of this return will be at your expense. A 5€ discount voucher on your next purchase will be sent to you in return.
The shipping costs of your new items constituting the exchange are at our expense.

What are the return and refund terms?

How do I know if my return has been taken into account?

Whatever the carrier you have chosen to return, we consider that the maximum duration of transport can take up to 15 days for it to reach us. As soon as our warehouse receives your return, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your return and the refund confirmation by email.
